Ampac Announces Partnership Agreement With Kapak

Cincinnati, Ohio-Ampac Packaging, LLC (Ampac) announces a financial partnership agreement with Kapak Corp., Minneapolis, MN.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kapak will continue to operate independently, with Gary Bell, longtime president, continuing in his leadership position. Armed with a new influx of capital from Ampac, Kapak will now be able to take its accomplishments in the flexible pouch sector to an even higher level.
