Ampac Acquires Swiss Flexible Packaging Firm Elag Verpackungen AG
Cincinnati, OH (June 30, 2011) - AMPAC Holdings LLC, a global strategic leader in the food, pet food, retail, security and medical packaging markets, announces the acquisition of flexible packaging firm ELAG Verpackungen AG, based in Kirchberg, Switzerland.
